How it's Made (part 2)

Dennison begins by cutting out a piece
of sterling sheet silver approximately the
desired size of the pendant.

Then he sprays the silver with a
blue coating, called 'layout spray.'

Using a sharp instrument, he then sketches
your bear paw design into the blue coating.
 

After the transfer is finished, he uses a small drill
press to drill holes within the parts of the design
to be cut out
