How it's Made (part 4)

After the edges are trimmed, the background is
textured by hitting a small stamp with a mallet.

A bail or hanger is added and the textured
background is oxidized black with a chemical.

The fire scale and oxidization is then taken through
a series of brushing and polishing to bring it to a
fine finish.

Then your piece is finished and ready for delivery.
